Before you order
Is the timber treated?
Yes. The boards, rails, posts and sleepers we list are pressure-treated softwood, the usual choice for garden fencing. Cut ends are best brushed with an end-grain preserver before fixing.
How is delivery priced?
Per order, by postcode. Long lengths and heavy sleepers cost more to move to some places than others, so we price delivery for your address and send it to you before anything is charged.
Can I order for a business?
Yes. Add a company name at checkout. Landscapers, builders and letting agents order the same way as homeowners.
What if I order too many?
Our returns explain how to send back unused, uncut pieces. It's still worth using the calculator first so the list is close.
